This policy applies to all online coaching programs offered by JohnCoachParis, including 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month packages.
1. Nature of Service
Each program includes a personalized workout plan, an individualized nutrition plan, weekly follow-up sessions (including visio calls), and 24/7 WhatsApp access. Because the service is tailored specifically to the client, it begins immediately after purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are strictly limited and only considered under the following conditions:

The client must provide verifiable proof that all workouts and nutritional guidelines were followed exactly as instructed.

The client must have attended all scheduled follow-ups and maintained regular communication throughout the coaching period.

Proof may include progress logs, screenshots of completed check-ins, workout tracking data, and meal compliance records.
If these conditions are met and the trainer confirms that results were not achieved despite full compliance, a partial refund may be considered.
Otherwise, no refund will be issued, and the client remains financially responsible for the full program.
3. Non-Compliance or Inactivity
Failure to follow the plan, skip sessions, or end communication early does not qualify for a refund under any circumstance. The coaching service is time-based, not result-based.
4. Accountability and Transparency
Both parties commit to open communication, professionalism, and respect. The trainer provides ongoing support, while the client agrees to actively participate and follow all guidance.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any online coaching package, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
